The 11thedition of the FIA University Emerging Leaders Programme will take place at ESADE Business School in Barcelona 16-20 May 2022.
Building on the success of this programme since 2013, this upcoming five-day tailor-made edition will help participants build a relevant skill set to better understand their contribution to the broader strategic objectives of their organisation and develop innovative value-added solutions.The programme will address the following topics: Leadership & Strategy, Market Positionning, Rethinking the Revenue Model; Innovation and Leading Change. The programme will include executive talks by FIA Clubs senior leaders, social events and networking opportunities.

Registration deadlines and fees are as follows:
- Early-bird registration €3,200 until 31 March 2022
- Regular registration €3,900 (1 April – 30 April 2022)
- Closing registration €4,500 (1 May – 12 May 2022)
Prices per person include tuition fees, teaching materials, catering, and social events. The invoice will be sent to the Club prior to the programme.
Prices do not include travel and accommodation, however we have secured a group rate at a local hotel.
A cancellation policy with the local hotel where a group rate has been secured:
From 30 to 16 days prior to arrival: the hotel will charge one night;
From 15 days prior to arrival: the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation;
Changes (name of the participant/ date of arrival or departure) are permitted within 72 hours prior to arrival.
